PDF to Plain-Text Extraction

Several of my reference materials are locked inside PDF files, and I need the written content moved into a clean .txt file so I can work with it on mobile later. The task is straightforward: open each PDF, copy every line of text in reading order, and paste it into a single plain-text document (or one file per source, whichever keeps the structure clear). No headers, images, or extra spacing—just the raw text exactly as it appears.

Accuracy is critical, especially where line breaks or special characters occur. A quick proofread before delivery will save us both time. Finished files should be delivered in UTF-8 encoded .txt format.
