I need a reliable hand to move information locked inside a series of PDF documents into an organised Excel workbook. The job is more than simple copy-paste: every record has to be entered in the right column, grouped under the correct categories, and double-checked so totals and look-ups work from the first moment I open the file.

Here is what I expect:

• Data consistently organised and categorised exactly as shown in my template

Most of the PDFs follow a similar structure, so once you understand the pattern the flow should be fast. Accuracy and prompt turnaround are the priorities—broken formulas or misplaced rows slow the entire reporting cycle.
