I have a set of PDFs that I need converted into a clean, well-structured Excel file. Each PDF contains mixed data—text entries alongside numeric values—and I want everything captured exactly as it appears, preserving column order, headers, and any notes that sit within the rows.

Your task is straightforward: open each PDF, transfer every piece of information into the correct Excel columns, and double-check totals or figures to be sure nothing was dropped or transposed. No re-formatting beyond basic cell alignment is required; I simply need a faithful digital copy that I can sort and filter later.

Deliverables
• One consolidated .xlsx file (or separate sheets if you find that clearer) containing the full contents of every supplied PDF
• 100 % completeness and accuracy—spot checks will be done against the source files

If you already use tools like Adobe Acrobat, Able2Extract, or similar OCR utilities, feel free to rely on them, but final verification must be manual so the workbook is error-free. Let me know roughly how long you’ll need and any prior experience you have doing similar mixed-data transfers.
