I have a collection of PDF documents that need to be keyed into an Excel workbook exactly as they appear. This is a purely manual data-entry task—no automated scraping or copy-and-paste shortcuts—because the original files contain mixed formatting and occasional handwritten notes that must be transcribed with care. Your job is to open each PDF, read each line, and enter the corresponding values into the appropriate Excel columns I will provide.

Accuracy is critical: spelling, numerical values, and any special characters must match the source. I will supply a sample file and template so you can confirm layout and structure before we proceed with the full batch.

Deliverables (in a single ZIP):
• Completed Excel file(s) following the provided template
• A brief log noting any unclear items or illegible text you encountered
