PDF to Excel Data Cleanup

I have nine PDF sheets that need to become one well-structured Excel worksheet. The pages are a mix of true text tables and scanned images, so part of the job will involve reliable OCR as well as straightforward copy-pasting where possible.

All information should end up in a single worksheet, but I don’t want a literal replica of the PDFs—please reorganize the fields into a simpler, cleaner table that keeps every data point while removing duplicate headings, inconsistent spacing, and any other clutter.

Deliverables:
• One .xlsx file containing all nine pages’ data merged and neatly formatted.
• No loss of values or characters; numerical columns remain numbers, dates stay dates, and text is preserved exactly.

I’ll consider the task complete when I can sort, filter, and run basic formulas on the sheet without errors or hidden formatting issues
