PDF to Editable Word Document

I need my existing PDF turned into a fully editable Word file. The source contains text, images, and several tables. I’m not looking for a pixel-perfect replica of the original layout—basic, clean formatting is fine—but three elements must keep their original look and structure:

• Headings
• Tables (as real Word tables, not screenshots)
• Images (placed in the correct spots and at the same resolution)

Everything else can follow standard Word styling. The finished document should open in .docx format, with all text selectable and images/tables easy to move or edit. I’ll share the PDF as soon as we start; you return the converted Word file ready for me to update further. Accuracy on content and these key formatting areas is the priority.
