PDF to Editable Word Conversion

I’m providing a PDF that needs to be turned into a fully editable Word document. The single-most important requirement is that every piece of text and each heading level are transferred with absolute accuracy. Please apply Word’s built-in heading styles so I can reorganize or reformat quickly later on.

Keep the formatting light and logical—no attempt to mimic the original page layout pixel-for-pixel. Paragraphs should flow naturally, lists remain lists, and any tables or images can be inserted in a straightforward way only if that helps readability; elaborate page design is not needed.

When you respond, attach a brief but detailed proposal explaining how you will handle the conversion (tools, OCR checks, manual proofreading steps, etc.) and your expected turnaround time. I’ll supply the PDF as soon as I accept the proposal, and the final deliverable will be the clean, editable .docx file.
