I have a collection of PDFs whose text needs to live in a single, well-organized Excel workbook. Only the text matters—no images or tables—yet certain words and phrases must carry over with emphasis. I’ll share a simple guide that shows exactly which parts should appear in bold and which in italics, so you can apply the formatting consistently as you copy everything across.

The workflow I imagine is straightforward:
• Extract every line of text from each PDF, maintaining its original order.
• Paste the content into Excel, one document per sheet unless a better structure is obvious.
• Apply bold or italic styling precisely as shown in my examples.

Accuracy is the priority; every character must match the source and every required style must be applied. When finished, I should be able to open the workbook and instantly see the same hierarchy and emphasis I see in the PDFs—just in a format that’s searchable, sortable, and ready for analysis.

Deliverable: the completed Excel file (XLSX) with all text correctly transferred and formatted.
