I need the text from several PDFs transferred into editable Word documents with fresh, consistent formatting. Accuracy is paramount: every word, punctuation mark, and paragraph break must match the source exactly, but the look and feel should follow a clean template I will share—think Calibri 11 pt, 1.15 line spacing, uniform headings, and standard margins.
You may use any reliable OCR or conversion workflow you prefer—Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY FineReader, or similar—as long as the final .docx files are proof-read and free from stray line breaks, encoding glitches, or layout artifacts. Each source PDF should result in its own Word file named identically to the original.
Deliverables
• One neatly formatted Word document for each PDF
• Text fidelity verified against the originals
I will review by comparing a random 10-page sample from each file, so please double-check before submitting.
