I have fewer than ten PDFs that contain text-only tables and paragraphs which must be transferred into an Excel workbook. Accuracy is paramount: every character from the source files has to appear in the spreadsheet exactly as written, without typos or omissions.

I will provide a sample file and a template that shows the exact column order, cell merging, font style, and header formatting I need. Follow that layout for each remaining file so the final sheets line up perfectly for later consolidation.

The workflow I expect:
• Open each PDF, copy or OCR the text if required, and paste it into the designated Excel columns.
• Apply the template’s styles—headings, bold labels, wrapped text, and any conditional formatting already built into the sample.
• Double-check that line breaks, special characters, and section separators from the PDF appear in the same positions in Excel.

Deliverables:
1. One Excel file per PDF (or a single multi-sheet workbook if that is cleaner) that mirrors the provided template.
2. A brief log noting any unreadable sections or anomalies you encountered.

Standard tools such as Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, or equivalent OCR utilities are fine, as long as the output retains full fidelity to the originals. Once the first file meets the specification, the rest should follow the same pattern, so fast turnaround after initial approval is possible.
