I need the text from a PDF transcribed into an Excel sheet. No tables or images are involved—only straight text. Please paste it as plain text without any special styling; basic line breaks or logical row separations are sufficient.

I will supply the source PDF and a simple Excel template that shows the exact columns and sequence. Accuracy matters: keep the original wording, spelling, and order, and do a quick proofread before you send the finished .xlsx file back.
