I have a short PDF (between 1 – 10 pages) that contains nothing but straightforward, linear text. I need every word moved into a single column in an .xlsx file while keeping the original sequence intact—no omissions, no re-ordering, and absolutely no spelling alterations.

Although the file is plain text, it does include a handful of obvious section headers; please keep those visible by either bolding them or leaving an empty row before each one so they remain easy to spot.

Key points you must follow:
• Proof-read while you transfer: if the OCR has swapped characters (e.g., “I” for “1”, “rn” for “m”), quietly correct them.
• Do not try to recreate any layout; one continuous column is all that’s required.
• Final delivery is a clean .xlsx file, ready to open in the latest version of Excel.

I value high accuracy over speed, so take the time to double-check your output before sending it back.
