I have a PDF whose text must be re-typed with absolute accuracy and supplied as a print-ready file. While the wording, punctuation, and line breaks need to mirror the source exactly, the layout should follow a clean, single-column standardized format rather than the original design.

Please deliver the finished text in an editable file (DOCX or Google Docs) that:
• maintains consistent fonts and headings suitable for professional printing,
• uses standard page margins and line spacing, and
• is free of typos or missing characters—spell-check and a manual proof are both expected.

If you spot obvious OCR or scanning artefacts in the source, correct them as you go; if anything is unclear, leave a highlighted note so I can verify it quickly. Once I confirm the draft, I’ll export it to PDF for press, so I’m relying on you for meticulous accuracy and tidy formatting.
