PDF Text Extraction to Word

I need the full text from a multi-page PDF transferred into an editable Word document. The file includes several tables and a few pages with fairly complex layouts, but I am not concerned about reproducing the exact look and feel—clean, accurately extracted text is the priority.

Please make sure every table’s content is captured in a logical order (simple Word tables are fine) and that no sentences or data points are lost in the process. Images can be ignored entirely.

Deliverable: a single .docx file containing all extracted text and table data, ready for me to re-format as needed.
