PDF Text Extraction to Word

I have a collection of PDF and scanned documents that underpins an upcoming data-analysis project. I need every piece of readable text transferred accurately into editable Word files. No data is to be left behind—tables, paragraphs, headers, footers, footnotes, everything that can be read must appear in the final .docx.

You will receive the source PDFs in batches. For each file, create a separate Word document that mirrors the order and basic layout of the original so it stays easy for me to cross-reference later. Simple formatting (headings, bold, bullet points) is welcome when it helps clarity, but the priority is accuracy over design.

Deliverables
• One clean, proof-read Word document for every PDF or scanned file supplied
• Consistent naming convention that matches the original filenames
• A quick note at the top of any file if sections were illegible or missing

I will be available for questions and will review each batch promptly so we can keep momentum. If you have experience with OCR tools such as Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY FineReader, or Tesseract and a sharp eye for detail, I’m confident this will run smoothly.
