PDF Text Extraction to Spreadsheet

I have a batch of PDFs that contain straightforward, unformatted text. I need every word lifted accurately and placed into a spreadsheet so the content is ready for sorting, filtering, and quick reference later on.

The job is simple but demands a sharp eye: no missing characters, line breaks kept where they belong, and each PDF’s text grouped clearly—one sheet or row per file is fine as long as it stays consistent. Feel free to rely on OCR tools such as Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY FineReader, or even a script in Python + pandas if that speeds things up, but double-check the output; accuracy matters more than speed.

Once finished, deliver a clean spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) with all the extracted text neatly arranged. If anything in the source file is illegible or causes trouble, flag it so I can follow up. That’s all—straight text in, tidy spreadsheet out.
