PDF Text Extraction to Sheets

I have a small batch of PDF files—no more than ten—that contain only plain text. I need every character lifted out of those documents and placed in a Google Sheet with absolute accuracy. Page breaks can be handled however is most convenient for you (one long cell, separate rows per page, or a method you suggest); what matters is that nothing is missed, nothing is added, and original punctuation stays intact.

You’ll receive the PDFs in a shared Drive folder. When you return the work, share the Google Sheet back with edit access so I can run a quick spot-check. Before you hand it over, please proof the sheet against the source files to eliminate typos or dropped lines.

Deliverables:
• Google Sheet containing the complete, unaltered text from each PDF
• Confirmation that the extracted text matches the originals 1:1

If you are confident in meticulous copy extraction and quick turnaround, this will be a straightforward task.
