PDF Text Extraction & Formatting

I have a batch of PDFs that contain purely textual information laid out in flowing paragraphs. I need every sentence lifted out with 100 % accuracy and placed into my pre-defined table template so the content is clean, searchable and ready for downstream processing.

You will read through each PDF, copy or re-type the text—there is no numeric or mixed data involved—and then format it exactly to the columns, headings and style rules specified in the template I will share. Consistency matters: line breaks, punctuation, capitalisation and any special characters must match the original source while still fitting neatly into the table structure.

Deliverables
• Completed template file for each PDF (Excel or Google Sheet—your choice, as long as the layout is identical)
• A brief note of any unreadable words or ambiguities you encounter so I can verify them quickly

If you have solid experience with meticulous data entry from paragraph-based PDFs and a good eye for layout conformity, this should be straightforward. Accuracy and adherence to the template are the only acceptance criteria.
