PDF Text Entry & Formatting

I have a steady flow of PDF and Word documents whose text needs to be captured accurately and laid out with straightforward headings and bullet points. Every file you return must mirror the source wording perfectly—no omissions, no additions—while following the simple structure I will share at kickoff.

You will:
• Extract all text from each supplied document.
• Paste it into the provided Word template (or an Excel sheet when specified), applying only basic formatting—section headings, sub-headings, and standard bullet lists.
• Double-check spelling, spacing, and line breaks so the final file is clean, readable, and ready for immediate use.

Turnaround is important; once I send you a batch, I expect the finished files back on or before the agreed deadline. If you have solid experience with text data entry, strong attention to detail, and can keep communication clear and prompt, I look forward to sharing the first set of documents with you right away.
