PDF Text Data Entry

I have a collection of scanned documents in PDF format that must be converted into clean, editable text. The task is straightforward but demands high attention to detail: open each PDF, accurately transcribe every word (including headers, footers, and any footnotes), and deliver the result as a single, well-formatted Word document or plain-text file—whichever you prefer, so long as spelling and line breaks mirror the original.

While you are free to use OCR to speed things up, I will be spot-checking for accuracy, so please proof-read anything an automated tool produces. Pages with diagrams or tables can be skipped; I only need the text itself.

Turnaround is important to me, so let me know how many pages you can comfortably process per day. I will supply the PDFs immediately after we start, along with a brief style guide for punctuation consistency.
