I have a collection of PDF documents containing pure textual content that must be transferred into an editable, well-structured file. The PDFs are the only source material, and none of them include tables or embedded images—just straight text.

Your task is to open each PDF, extract the text accurately, and place it into the format I provide (most likely a Word document or an Excel sheet). Spelling, punctuation, and original paragraph breaks have to be preserved so the final file mirrors the source exactly.

Deliverables
• One clean, fully editable master file with all text from every supplied PDF
• A brief log noting any illegible sections or anomalies you encounter

I will supply the PDFs once we start; you return the completed file and the log. Accuracy and consistency are the priorities, so double-checking your work before delivery is essential.
