PDF Text Conversion to Word/Excel

I have a collection of PDFs that hold unstructured paragraph text only—there are no tables or images involved. I need every page converted into fully editable Word files (and, where it makes sense, plain-text columns in Excel) with no styling carried over; simple, clean text is all I’m after.

Accuracy is critical: any OCR slips, missing characters, or broken paragraph breaks will require revision, so please proof your output before delivery.

Deliverables
• One Word (.docx) file per source PDF, containing the plain text in the original reading order
• A matching Excel (.xlsx) sheet when the text naturally separates into rows or sections (otherwise leave Excel blank)

I will supply the PDFs as soon as we start and would like the first converted sample back quickly so we can confirm quality before you proceed with the rest.
