PDF Text Conversion to Word

Several PDF documents need to be transcribed into a single Microsoft Word file, keeping every paragraph break, heading style, font weight, alignment, and spacing exactly as they appear in the originals. Only the text is required—tables and images can be ignored—but the visual layout of that text must remain intact so the Word version mirrors the PDFs page for page.

Please carry out all work directly in Microsoft Word (.docx). Use the program’s built-in styles or manual formatting—whichever reproduces the source most faithfully—without introducing extra markup or hidden characters.

Deliverable:
• A clean, error-free .docx that matches the PDFs’ text and formatting line for line.

Before handing over the final file, run a quick spell-check and skim for any broken lines or missing bold/italic cues. Once complete, send the Word document back to me for a fast review and sign-off.
