PDF Tables to Excel Columns

I need several PDFs broken down so that every table ends up in a clean, analysis-ready Excel workbook. The task is straightforward: lift each table, verify that every row and column is captured without loss or merge errors, then drop the values into the specific column structure I’ll provide. No extra sheets—just one sheet with clearly named columns that line up across all source files.

Accuracy comes first. Numbers must stay numeric, dates in date format, text exactly as shown. If a cell is blank in the PDF, leave it blank in Excel; don’t guess or back-fill. If the table spans multiple PDF pages, combine it into a single continuous set of rows before pasting.

Feel free to use whatever workflow you trust—Adobe Acrobat, Able2Extract, Power Query, or Python (tabula-py, camelot) are all fine—as long as the delivered XLSX meets these checks:

• Column headers match the template I’ll send.
• Row counts equal the source tables.
• No wrapped text or hidden carriage returns that break sorting or filtering.
• File opens without warnings in the latest Excel.
