pdf Storage Shelving Cut List

I’m building a mdf-based storage shelving unit with clean, open shelves and need an accurate cut list before I can take a single board to the saw. The unit will be wall-standing, nothing enclosed, so the measurements have to account for visible edges and consistent spacing between each shelf.

What I need from you
• A complete, dimensioned cut list for every panel, upright, stretcher and back brace, laid out to maximise sheet yield and minimise waste.
• A simple layout diagram that shows how the parts nest on standard board sizes (18 mm plywood or MDF—let me know if a different thickness would change any spans).
• Notes on edge-banding lengths, pilot-hole positions and recommended fixings so I can assemble everything without surprises.

Acceptance criteria
• All parts labelled consistently between the list and the diagram.
• Total material required tallies with the layout sheet.
• Clear margin allowances for blade kerf.

I’m comfortable reading CAD or PDF, so send whichever you prefer; just make sure the numbers line up. If you need additional measurements—overall height, shelf spacing or load rating—tell me in your bid and I’ll supply them right away.
