I have a collection of text-heavy documents saved as PDF files that must be transferred into a clean, error-free state before they are published. Your main task is to proofread each line, correct spelling, grammar, punctuation and any layout slips, while ensuring every existing or newly added copyright notice appears exactly where it belongs.
Here is the flow I need you to follow:
1. Open each PDF in your preferred editor (Adobe Acrobat, Foxit, Nitro, etc.).
2. Mark every correction visibly—either through track-changes style comments or a separate annotated layer—so I can audit what was changed.
3. Produce a final, polished version that preserves the original structure and formatting but eliminates all errors.
I will supply a short sample file first; once we agree on style and accuracy you may continue with the full batch. Final acceptance rests on these criteria: zero unchecked typographical errors, consistent copyright information, and clear documentation of every adjustment.
Let me know your tool of choice and how quickly you can turn around ten pages so we can get started right away.
