I have a collection of PDFs and high-resolution images that contain product information which needs to be transferred accurately into a spreadsheet. The task is straightforward: read each file, capture every product detail or written description exactly as it appears, and place it in the columns I will provide (product name, brief description, any listed specifications, and any other text that helps identify the item).
The files are clear, but accuracy is critical—spelling, punctuation, and line breaks must match the original text so the marketing team can repurpose the copy without extra edits. I will share a Google Sheet template; you are free to work in Excel if you prefer, as long as the final hand-off is a clean, fully populated Google Sheet.
Deliverables
• Completed spreadsheet with all product details transcribed
• Spot-checked proof of accuracy for at least 10% of the entries (highlighted rows)
Please include a quick note on your relevant data-entry experience, especially if you have handled catalog or product copy before. No formal proposal is necessary—just demonstrate that you have done similar work and can start right away.
