PDF Paragraph Re-Typing Needed

I have a short PDF—no more than five pages—containing several paragraphs that I need re-typed into an editable file. I’m only after the text itself, reproduced accurately and laid out with standard, easy-to-follow formatting such as headings and bullet points where they appear. No images, tables, or other graphics have to be carried over, so you can focus purely on clean, error-free typing.
