PDF Notes to Simplified Word

I need my existing PDF notes re-typed into a clean, easy-to-edit Word document. Please focus on producing simplified text: no columns, no fancy layouts—just clear paragraphs with headings recreated as plain styles. All images found in the PDF should be left out entirely.

Certain parts of the notes must stand out. Once I share the file, I will point out the exact sections that need highlighting; these passages should appear in Word with subtle emphasis (e.g., bold heading or shaded background) so they are instantly recognisable without disrupting the flow.

Key deliverables:
• A single .docx file containing the full text, minus every image
• Consistent, simplified formatting throughout (normal body text, logical headings)
• My specified sections distinctly highlighted and easy to locate
