I have a folder of PDFs, each containing a single invoice, and I need their key details captured in an organised spreadsheet. For every file you’ll open, only four values matter to me: the invoice number, invoice date, supplier name, and total amount. Please copy those exactly as they appear and place them in the appropriate columns of the Excel sheet I will share.

Occasionally a scan may be blurred or a field partly obscured. When that happens, type the best value you can confidently read, then apply a yellow fill to that cell so I can double-check it later. Do not leave anything blank unless the field is truly unreadable.

Deliverables
• One Excel workbook containing a separate row per invoice, populated with the four fields above
• Cells highlighted where information was uncertain or estimated
• The workbook returned in the original column order I provide

Accuracy is more important than speed, but the job is straightforward: open each PDF, capture the four data points, highlight any doubtful figures, save, and move on to the next file. No line-item details, taxes, or extra accounting fields are required.

If you already use tools such as Adobe Acrobat, PDF-to-Excel utilities, or simple copy-paste from a reliable PDF reader, feel free to employ them as long as the final sheet is clean and consistently formatted.

Once the first batch is completed and spot-checked, I’ll release the next set.
