PDF Image Transcription & Migration

I have a collection of policy PDFs where only the images have to be extracted and moved over to editable files. Your job is to pull every image from each PDF, convert it to PNG, and then place those PNGs into a fresh Word document following the exact layout I will supply (spacing, size, and alignment must match my guide).

While you work through the PDFs, any accompanying policy text that is currently locked in the files also needs to be re-typed into Word so the final document is fully editable. Key tables and numeric data must be copied into a companion Excel sheet so that I can filter and run calculations later.

Deliverables
• One Word file per source PDF, with all images in PNG format placed and formatted exactly as in my sample.
• One Excel file containing the re-keyed policy tables/data for each corresponding document.

Acceptance criteria
• Every PDF image present in the Word file, saved as PNG (no JPEG or TIFF).
• Formatting in Word matches the supplied template: correct margins, image sizing, and alignment.
• No missing text or transcription errors; spelling and punctuation must match the original.
• Excel sheet cleanly organized into rows/columns, ready for sorting.
