PDF & Image Conversion to Word/Excel

I have a collection of 50-200 source files that mixes standard PDFs, high-resolution image scans, and a handful of handwritten pages. Every page needs to be faithfully transcribed into editable formats—Word for narrative text and Excel for any tabular data—while preserving the look, layout, and structure of the originals.

Most PDFs are typed documents with consistent styling. The images vary from clean scans to photographs, and the handwritten sheets are generally legible block lettering. Accurate re-typing (not just raw OCR) is essential; I will run spot checks against the originals and expect minimal deviations in spelling, punctuation, and column alignment.

Acceptance criteria:
• Word files mirror the paragraph breaks, headings, and basic formatting of the source.
• Excel sheets reproduce tables exactly, with the same column order and numeric precision.
• No missing content or mis-keyed characters; overall accuracy should meet or exceed 99 %.
• All files are clearly named to match their originals.
