I need several existing PDFs turned into clean, fully functional forms. All page layouts and static text should remain untouched—your job is to add, fix, or reorganise the interactive form fields so users can fill them out effortlessly in Adobe Acrobat Reader and common browser viewers. I will supply the current files together with a field-by-field brief (names, types, validation rules, tab order).

Please use Adobe Acrobat Pro or another professional-grade PDF editor so the finished documents keep their accessibility tagging and remain editable for future revisions.
