PDF Form Data to Excel

I have a batch of completed forms saved as PDFs and I need every field transferred accurately into an Excel workbook. The PDFs all follow the same basic layout, so once the first document is mapped the rest should flow with a repeatable process. Feel free to use Adobe Acrobat scripting, Power Query, Python (tabula-py, pdfplumber, camelot) or any other dependable extraction method—speed is welcome, but accuracy is non-negotiable.

Deliverables:
• A clean .xlsx file containing one fully-populated table where each form becomes a separate row and every captured field is arranged consistently across columns.
• The original script or macro (if you automate the task) so I can rerun it on future batches.

Acceptance criteria:
• 100 % of the visible data in the PDFs must appear in the spreadsheet, character-for-character.
• No merged cells, hidden rows, or formatting quirks that hinder filtering or pivoting.
• I’ll spot-check random records; any discrepancies must be corrected before final payment.
