I have a collection of fill-able PDF forms and I need every field value captured in a clean, well-structured Excel workbook. The layout of each form is consistent, so once the mapping is set up the rest should run smoothly.
What I expect from you
• An automated approach (Python with PyPDF2 / pdfplumber, VBA, or an Acrobat JavaScript action) that pulls every field into the correct column.
• One consolidated .xlsx file with all records in tidy rows.
• Clear brief on how to rerun the routine if I receive new forms later.
Acceptance criteria
1. Every PDF form processed; no fields missed.
2. Column headers match the PDF labels exactly.
3. Numeric fields remain numeric in Excel; text stays text.
4. Zero manual clean-up required on my side.
