PDF Floorplans to DWG

I have architectural PDFs for a four-storey building that need to be recreated as fully editable DWG files. Accuracy is crucial: every wall, door, window, stair and core element must trace exactly to scale so the new drawings align perfectly when stacked. I’d also like logical layering—structural, partitions, fixtures, text—so future edits are straightforward.

Deliverables
• One clean, native DWG per floor, plus a combined file if convenient
• All geometry snapped to true coordinates and set to real-world scale
• No embedded raster images; everything must be vector lines and arcs only
