PDF Floor Plans to DWG

I have several architectural floor-plan PDFs that need to be recreated as fully editable DWG files. I’m looking for precise linework, correct scaling, and every annotation, hatch, and architectural symbol carried over—not just basic outlines.

Please follow my existing layering standard (I’ll share the layer list and color assignments once we start) so the files slot straight into our office template.

Deliverables
• One DWG per PDF, saved in AutoCAD 2020 format
• All text styles, dimensions, and hatches matching the original sheets
• Clean, organized layers exactly as per the supplied standard
• No exploded text or raster remnants—everything must be true vector entities
