Pdf editor needed (long term)

I handle a steady flow of PDFs and need reliable, long-term help polishing them. Week to week the work can range from tweaking text and swapping images to merging files, rearranging pages, or rebuilding a form so fields auto-fill correctly. Whatever the task, the finished document has to open smoothly on any device and look professionally consistent with my brand guidelines.

Turnaround is usually two to three business days—sometimes faster for short updates—so I value clear communication and predictable delivery times. I typically supply the current PDF and any source text, images, or brand assets; you return:

• a print-ready, optimized PDF
• the working file (if rebuilt in InDesign, Illustrator, or similar)
• a brief note outlining what changed

Please be comfortable with Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, or comparable tools, and show me a couple of before-and-after samples to demonstrate your attention to layout integrity and font consistency. If all goes well, I expect to send fresh batches every month, making this a reliable, ongoing collaboration.
