I have an existing marketing guide laid out as a 25-page PDF. The visuals and structure are locked; what I need now is a meticulous language edit that fixes every trace of awkward wording, spelling slips, and grammar glitches without changing the overall voice.
Here’s how I picture the collaboration:
• You work directly on the supplied PDF (or, if you prefer, the accompanying Word/InDesign file) using Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, or your preferred editing tool.
• Every correction—spelling, punctuation, tense consistency, word choice—gets applied cleanly so the document is ready for immediate distribution.
• I receive a final press-ready PDF plus either a tracked-changes file or a brief change log so I can see what was refined.
No rewrites, no design updates—just linguistic perfection. If you have a sharp editorial eye and can turn this around within three days, I’d love to hear from you.
