PDF Data Entry & Conversion

I have between one and fifty PDF pages that need to be re-typed into Excel and Word while preserving the exact look and structure of the originals. Every table, heading, font style, and line break should appear just as it does in the source files—no redesign, only a faithful replication.

Accuracy is paramount: column alignments must match, numbers must be double-checked, and spelling errors are unacceptable. A brisk typing speed will keep the workflow smooth, but I care more about precision than raw pace.

Deliverables
• One Excel workbook and, where applicable, corresponding Word documents that mirror the layout of each PDF page.
• A brief completion log noting any illegible characters or source inconsistencies you encounter.

I will review against the PDFs; any deviation from the original format or data will be flagged for revision. If you have proven experience handling meticulous data entry and know your way around Microsoft Excel and Word, you’ll fit perfectly.
