PDF Customer Data to Excel

I have a set of PDFs that hold customer information presented in a mix of neat tables and free-flowing text. I need every detail transferred into a single, well-structured Excel workbook so I can keep the file live for future edits and updates.

The job calls for careful reading, precise typing (or intelligent use of OCR), and thoughtful organisation: wherever data appears in a table, match those columns in Excel; where it’s buried in paragraphs, extract it into the same column layout so nothing goes missing. Formatting must stay consistent—no merged cells or hard-coded line breaks—so sorting and filtering remain effortless.

Deliverable
• One .xlsx file containing all customer records, fully proof-read and ready for immediate editing.

I’ll run quick spot-checks against the PDFs, so the sheet should mirror the source exactly before we close the project.
