I have a set of scanned architectural plans in PDF format that I need redrawn into a clean DWG file. The goal is a simplified version—no excessive line work or tiny construction details—but it must still show the complete layout, including walls, floors, fixed furniture, dimensions, and any original annotations.
Key points
• Preserve the original scale and overall sheet size.
• Create logical layers (e.g., walls, furniture, text/annotations) so the file is easy to edit later.
• Keep line weights and text styles consistent and legible.
• Deliver the final file in AutoCAD-compatible DWG format.
I will provide the PDF scans as soon as we start. If anything is unclear, feel free to ask; accuracy in the basic geometry and clarity in the annotations are most important to me.
