PDF and Word Formatting Updates

I have a batch of PDF files along with a few Microsoft Word articles that need a clean, consistent look before they go to print. The content itself is final; what I need is purely formatting work—adjusting margins and spacing, changing font styles and sizes, and reorganising the overall page layout so everything lines up neatly across documents.

You may be moving back and forth between Adobe Acrobat (or another capable PDF editor) and Microsoft Word to get this right, but however you do it, the end result should be press-ready PDFs plus the updated Word versions for my archive.
