I have a PDF that holds a little over two-hundred rows of mixed letters and numbers—think product codes, IDs, brief labels—that all need to live in a clean, well-structured Excel workbook. Your job is to lift every character exactly as it appears, place each field in its correct column, and keep the original ordering intact.

The PDF is not a scan with fuzzy text; it is a digital file, so copy-and-paste or a reliable PDF-to-Excel tool such as Adobe Acrobat, Able2Extract, or even Power Query should work. Whichever method you prefer is fine as long as the final sheet is accurate and uniformly formatted—no merged cells, stray spaces, or wrapped lines that break the flow.

Once finished, return an .xlsx file that I can open in Excel 2019 without prompts or compatibility warnings. If you notice any unclear characters or columns that don’t align, add a short comment in a separate tab so I can verify quickly. Accuracy and tidy presentation matter more to me than speed, but I would like to review a first draft within 48 hours so we can catch any issues early and avoid rework.

Let me know how soon you can start, your estimated turnaround for the full set, and any tools you plan to use so I have a clear picture of your process.
