Description:
We have a complete, existing EasyEDA Pro project (schematic + fully routed PCB) for a compact wearable device. A design review found a short list of connection errors that must be fixed before fabrication. This is a revision job, not a new design.
Board details
Nordic nRF54LM20B (CSP61 / WLCSP package) with chip antenna (BLE)
MAX77654 PMIC (charger + regulators), I2C sensors, QSPI flash
4-layer, 0.8 mm, 28 × 18 mm, blind vias, about 70 components
Tool: EasyEDA Pro (project file provided)
Scope of work
Apply a provided list of schematic corrections (about 10 items: connecting several unconnected power and ground pins, re-wiring one inductor per Nordic’s reference design, one part-number change, minor net and value changes). A marked-up reference image and the fix list are provided.
Update the PCB from the schematic and route the new connections, mainly under the PMIC (WLP) and nRF54 (CSP61) packages, following Nordic’s nRF54LM20 reference layout (provided).
Run ERC and DRC with zero errors.
Mark specified parts as Do Not Populate.
Export manufacturing files for NextPCB.
Deliverables
Updated EasyEDA Pro project file (.epro)
Gerbers + drill files
BOM (with full MPNs)
Pick-and-place (CPL) file
ERC and DRC reports (screenshots are fine)
Short written confirmation that each item on the fix list was applied
Requirements
Proven experience with EasyEDA Pro
Experience with fine-pitch BGA/CSP/WLP fanout and 4-layer boards
Experience with Nordic nRF52/nRF53/nRF54 or BLE chip-antenna layouts is a strong plus
Must sign an NDA before receiving files
Responsive communication (daily updates during the job)
Budget: ₹6,000 (fixed)
Timeline: 3–5 days
Payment milestones
30% after schematic corrections are done and ERC passes
70% after the final files and .epro are delivered and pass our netlist review
To apply, please answer:
Share 1–2 examples of BGA/CSP or fine-pitch boards you’ve laid out (images are fine).
Have you worked with nRF52/nRF53/nRF54 or any BLE chip-antenna design?
Have you used EasyEDA Pro specifically?
Can you deliver in 3–5 days?
