PCB Design for Weather Station

I'm looking for an experienced PCB designer to create a board for a weather station. The station will display barometric pressure, temperature, and humidity using digital sensors.

Requirements:
- Use of I2C digital sensors
- Integration of sensors for pressure, temperature, and humidity
- Experience with PCB design software
- Understanding of sensor data interpretation and circuit design
- Ability to provide a schematic and Gerber files
