Payroll & Attendance HR Support

I need an experienced HR professional to take charge of our payroll and attendance function, which is still being handled with spreadsheets and paper forms. The immediate goal is to move away from these manual methods and build a simple, reliable workflow that keeps our records clean and our people paid on time.

Here is what I must have:
• Tracking employee attendance in a centralised, easily auditable format
• Processing payroll accurately for every cycle, including statutory deductions and EPFO / UAN handling
• Managing leave requests so balances are always up-to-date and visible to both staff and management

If you can also lend a hand with recruitment, onboarding, and other day-to-day HR paperwork, that will be a welcome bonus, but the three points above are the core deliverables. You are free to recommend the HRMS or payroll tool you prefer—as long as the end result is intuitive for a small team to run after hand-over.
