Payment Flow Testing – Turkish TROY Bank Cards (Desktop & Mobile)

## General Description

We are looking for freelancers who have an active **Turkish bank card operating on the TROY payment network** to test our payment flow on both desktop and mobile devices.

**Important: A TROY card is mandatory for this project. Regular Visa or Mastercard cards are not accepted.**

It is critically important for us that you complete the entire payment flow, from initiating the transaction to receiving a successful payment confirmation and receipt.

If the payment cannot be completed, we will need a detailed step-by-step description of the process, including screenshots of each step and any errors encountered.

We would also appreciate your feedback on the overall payment experience, including usability, Turkish localization, and any bugs or areas for improvement.

## Requirements

- An active Turkish bank card using the **TROY payment network (mandatory)**.
- Ability to make real online payments.
- Access to both a desktop computer and a smartphone.
- Ability to record the payment process and provide screenshots.
- Attention to detail and ability to clearly describe any issues encountered.

**Please do not apply if you do not have a TROY card.**

When applying, please confirm that you have a TROY card and specify the issuing bank.

## Expected Workload

Approximately **15 minutes per payment method**.

Additional time may be required if technical issues are encountered.

## Reporting Requirements

**1. Screen Recording**
- A video showing the complete payment process from start to finish.
- If the payment process involves switching from desktop to mobile, recordings from both devices are required.
- Sensitive payment information must be hidden or blurred.

**2. Error Report (if applicable)**
- A detailed description of any issues encountered.
- Step-by-step screenshots showing where the payment process failed.
- Relevant technical logs, if available. We can provide additional logging software upon prior agreement.

**3. Payment Receipt**
- A copy or screenshot of the payment receipt generated by our system after a successful transaction.

**4. Transaction Confirmation**
- A screenshot from your banking app or transaction history confirming that the payment amount was deducted.
- All personal and sensitive banking information must be hidden.

## Payment and Reimbursement

**We will fully reimburse all expenses associated with the testing process**, including the test transaction amount and any applicable bank or transaction fees.

The freelancer will not be responsible for any costs related to completing the required payment tests.

All reimbursement details will be agreed upon before testing begins.

## Success Criteria

The test is considered complete when the freelancer has either:

- Successfully completed the payment and submitted the required screen recording, payment receipt, transaction confirmation, and feedback.
- Encountered an issue preventing successful payment and provided a detailed report with screenshots, error descriptions, and relevant logs.

**A failed payment does not mean a failed test**, provided that the issue is properly documented.

## Additional Information

We will provide the payment link and detailed testing instructions to the selected freelancer.

All transactions must be performed using a genuine TROY card. Never share your full card number, CVV, PIN, or authentication codes.

**All testing expenses will be fully covered by us.**
