Pattern, Grading & Apparel Production

With my fabrics, trimmings, and detailed tech packs already prepared, the next phase is full garment development and small-batch production. The collection spans professional suits, everyday casual pieces, and true activewear—seven distinct designs in total. Each style must be translated into a precise pattern, graded specifically for petite sizing, and then taken through cut-and-sew to finished garments.

Here is what the work will cover:
• Draft a production-ready pattern for all 7+ styles, using industry software such as Gerber AccuMark, Optitex, or CLO 3D (your preferred platform is fine as long as the output is compatible with standard factory formats).
• Grade every pattern into the complete petite size range, maintaining correct proportions and fit consistency.
• Create sewn samples for approval, adjust where needed, and then move straight into a small manufacturing run with clean finishing, correct trims, and pressing.
• Package and ship the finished garments back to me, clearly labeled by style and size.

Acceptance criteria: digital pattern files (DXF or equivalent) plus PDFs, a graded size chart for each style, one approved pre-production sample per design, and the final production run delivered on the agreed timeline.

All fabrics, linings, and notions are on hand and can be shipped to you immediately. I’ll supply the tech packs in advance so you can confirm any last measurements or construction details before starting.

The total items created for the project are expected to be around 200.
