PROJECT DESCRIPTION
I am an inventor, entrepreneur, and CEO managing several innovative projects in construction technology, engineering, logistics, software, and other industries.
I am seeking a highly experienced, reliable, and reasonably priced U.S.-licensed patent attorney, USPTO-registered patent agent, or qualified intellectual property law firm to assist with protecting my inventions, technologies, products, and business brands.
The ideal candidate will help develop a comprehensive intellectual property protection strategy, prepare and file patent applications, handle trademark registrations, and provide ongoing IP support.

Intellectual property needs may include:
• Reviewing existing patent applications and their current status.
• Evaluating potential additional utility and design patent protection.
• Conducting patentability and prior-art searches.
• Preparing new patent applications where appropriate.
• Protecting innovative construction methods, structural components, and system designs.
• Reviewing trademark protection for STEEL-ONE and related brands.
• Developing an intellectual property strategy for future commercialization and licensing.
2. SPRINTER ONE™ — Transportation & Logistics Technology
An innovative logistics and delivery platform involving mobile applications, automated driver matching, shipment management, GPS tracking, and related technologies.
Potential intellectual property services include:
• Evaluating patent eligibility for innovative technical features.
• Protecting qualifying software-related inventions and technology.
• Reviewing potential patent protection for future smart shipping devices and related hardware.
• Trademark searches and registration.
• Developing an appropriate IP protection strategy.
3. ADDITIONAL INVENTIONS & BUSINESS PROJECTS

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates should have:
• Demonstrated experience in U.S. patent and/or trademark law.
• Active USPTO registration for patent representation or an active U.S. law license for trademark representation, as applicable.
• Experience preparing and filing utility and design patents.
• Experience with engineering, construction systems, mechanical inventions, and/or software technologies.
• Strong patent drafting and claim preparation skills.
• A successful history of handling USPTO applications.
• Excellent communication and professional reliability.
• Transparent, competitive pricing.
A qualified attorney or firm capable of providing both patent and trademark services is strongly preferred. Applications from registered patent agents working with licensed trademark attorneys are also welcome.
